What do you do?

I’m a restaurant supervisor at Entier French Dining, responsible for managing, supervising, and guiding the front-of-house team.

How did you get into the industry?

I began my journey in the industry as a waiter, but soon after, I became interested in the scope of roles within the service team, which led me to start my career at Entier French Dining.

What elements do you consider essential in providing a memorable meal?

One essential element is making a great first impression with a warm smile so guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

What’s something you’d like guests to know about being a service crew member?

Being a service crew member is more than just serving food; it’s about attitude, confidence, and knowledge.

What is your approach to ensuring exceptional customer service?

My approach involves maintaining excellent communication with guests during their dining experience and providing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages them to return.

Can you share your best experience with guests so far?

My best experience has been when guests return specifically to dine with me and even treat me to wine and food.

How do you approach serving guests from diverse cultural backgrounds?

Being open-minded and willing to learn makes a big difference! Basically, before guests arrive, I check out their reservation details, and if I know they’re from a different culture, I’ll do a bit of homework to understand their customs.

A busy day filled with activities that I enjoy doing.

Excellent service has to keep rolling. Just keep smiling and fix things right away to ensure guests are satisfied in the end.
