ooo, a sky-high hangout in penang! the view looks really refreshing … penang might not have the same skyscraper-filled landscape as many major cities, but that could be an advantage, helping to set it apart in a positive way =)
I just love sky bars and restaurant, visited the Breeze and Sirocco in Bangkok. This also looks very nice.
