Chef Ana Roš, one of the stars profiled on the Emmy Award winning documentary Chef’s Table and famous for her “Cook it Raw” technique recently delighted guests with a wine paired dinner as part of the World Gourmet Festival held at the Anantara Siam Bangok Hotel. Meeting the star in person and tasting some of her famed recipes designed for Hiša Franko (her restaurant in Slovenia) drew in foodies from both Bangkok itself and from around the region. Needless to say Ana and the kitchen team pulled off an extraordinary meal. I leave you with a photo journal below of the experience.
