In this interview, Hanna Peleshok, co-founder of L’Estetica Facial Bar, shares some of the salon’s signature treatments and her experience in the industry.
What do you do?
I am an expert in the aesthetics and beauty industry and co-Founder of L’Estetica Facial Bar.
How did you get into the industry?
I started in marketing and PR and later on helped to establish and promote a chain of aesthetic clinics in Ukraine, Kiev.
Why the beauty industry?
All girls like beauty things, right? 😉
What’s the best/ worst part of your job?
The best part is that I have a chance to provide high-quality standardised services to people and help ladies maintain and keep their natural beauty. The worst part is hard to say, maybe when you give your whole soul and best efforts to provide the high-level service but people do not value that. But this is the part of the service industry and we should accept this.
What makes L’Estetica a unique beauty salon?
L’Estetica Facial Bar has a special atmosphere. We pamper our guests with exclusive sorts of coffee, herbal tea or a glass of decadent wine, and immerse them into the atmosphere of art, inspiration and aesthetics.
Each client is provided with an individual space during treatment. Before a visit, we completely sterilize our premises and working tools for every client. The L’Estetica team follows the European and USA protocols and standards, and always monitors innovations in the beauty industry. All our devices are FDA approved and have a CE certification.
What’s the most popular treatment in your salon?
Our most popular treatment is the Oxygenating Trio facial, which is combined with the original LED phototherapy mask Deesse Pro as it leaves your skin glowing and clean. All our facials have zero downtime.
Also one of our signature services is Eyebrow Lamination. It changes the direction of growth to create a more uniform look with a higher arch and a more desirable eyebrow shape.
And, we have just launched the eyelash extensions and lash lifting services. We are focused on natural-looking eyelashes.
What treatment do you think gets the best results for money?
Our Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage treatment is RM 200 per hour, but one treatment is worth 10 hand massages and helps to speed up recovery after physical exercises, battle cellulite, improves blood circulation and metabolism, and tightens the skin.
