ONE-STAR MICHELIN CHEF, BAPTISTE FOURNIER
REVISITS MEZZE BISTRO THIS MARCH 2013

Back by popular demand, Baptiste Fournier returns to Mezze Bistro, Damansara Heights
to cook up another storm with resident head chef, Yves Pierre Renou

This March 11th till 16th 2013 at Mezze Bistro, diners can experience the whimsical but précise style of top Chef, Baptiste Fournier. In collaboration with resident head chef, Yves Pierre Renou, they will present a week of cuisine that’s honest, fresh and surprising. Fournier is currently helming La Tour, a one-star Michelin restaurant in the beautiful village of Sancerre in the Loire Valley, France. This is Fournier’s second visit to Mezze Bistro.
Voted as one of the top six young chefs in France by the famed Gault Millau guide, Baptiste took over the helm of the executive chef role from his father, Daniel at the family-owned La Tour at a young age of 29. Baptiste trained under the watchful eyes of famed chefs such as Alain Passard, from three-star Michelin restaurant, L’Arpege and Guy Savoy, another three-star Michelin Chef of his namesake restaurant.  Baptiste has taken the food scene in Sancerre by storm with his cutting edge style and use of fresh ingredients.  Without a doubt, strong connections with L’Arpege are apparent in his food.
Check out their special menu at, www.mezze.my and be sure to make a reservation quickly so as not to miss out on this special treat. He’s in town from March 11th till 16th 2013 only.
