Springtime in Milano
Springtime in Milano is a perfect welcome to any Tamarind restaurant. It evokes a sense of excitement and at the same time cleans your palate in anticipation of the rich gastronomic flavours that you are about to enjoy.
Italian basil leaves
Sour mix (Lime & Lemon)
1. Place some basil leaves in a sturdy glass and roughly bruise the them with a muddler to release the flavour.
2. Add watermelon chunks and continue to muddle both ingredients together.
3. Add sour mix, sugar syrup, Campari, white rum and watermelon liquor. Stir well
4. Top up with watermelon juice and further shake the cocktail, strain into a cone cocktail glass, and garnish with a slice of watermelon.
