Ingredients:
4 avocados
1 lemon
1 jalapeno
Pinch of kosher salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons chopped dill
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Begin blending on a low setting and gradually increase the speed, ending on high for about 20 seconds.
Taste the sauce and adjust the flavour by adding more seasoning or lemon juice.
Pour the sauce through a strainer into a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
