Reasons to visit Bottega KL: it’s a brilliant combination of being a really fun place to be that also serves exceptional food; what more could you ask for? You can even leave with some imported Italian goodies from their deli section, so the joy can last even longer. If you ration your social outings and wait for something special to come along and enjoy with friends, Bottega KL could be just the place your afternoon has been wanting you to relax in.
Reasons to visit Osteria Emilia: high-quality, authentic Italian cuisine and exclusive wine list; wide variety of dishes for sharing, grazing, and devouring; wood-fired pizzas and (soon-to-be) fresh handmade pasta; light and airy space in the heart of Mont Kiara.
Reasons to try Dolce Vita’s menu: High-quality, authentic Italian cuisine with gourmet Italian ingredients and regional recipes; excellent pizza, pasta and meat selection; generous and well-balanced portions with plenty of homemade, fresh-to-order ingredients; unique imported wine menu.
Reasons to visit Via Pre KL: authentic Italian food in generous portions; exceptional and attentive service with great energy from the staff; a charming, quiet setting with lots of greenery and very little noise; premium wine selection, as well as extensive cocktails and aperitivi.
Reasons to visit Zenzero Restaurant & Wine Bar KL: meet the new Italian chef, fresh premium ingredients, homemade pasta, quality wine selection, fantastic covered patio surrounded by greenery.
Reasons to visit Luce KL, an Italian restaurant in Old Malaya: the revamped menu and excellent ingredients will ensure you have a meal to remember. By combining simplicity with sophistication, Chef Paolo and his team have reinvigorated this beautiful space and the choices available have something for everyone. Our party thoroughly enjoyed the well-made cocktails, the incredible pork knuckle, and the light-as-a-feather cod fish. As is the case with restaurants in the Old Malaya building, take lots of friends with you to share as many of these new dishes as possible. Buon appetito!
Reasons to visit Roberto’s, an Italian restaurant in Bangsar Shopping Centre: beautiful relaxed location surrounded by greenery and outfit in Italian style; down-to-earth, authentic Italian food and wine. A big thank you to the service team – Hari, Mohammad, Daisy and Jubayel – for ensuring our glasses were never empty and all our requests were fulfilled.
Reasons to visit Bottega PJ: an energetic atmosphere, incredible food and wine at modest prices, and a new chef bringing Italian magic to the table.
Reasons to visit Pomod’Oro: An Italian restaurant serving pork, a rare find in KL; tasty vegan and gluten-free options; Mon loved the Strozzapreti con Pesto Rossa Vegano; the signature Chitarra Pomod’Oro is hard to beat, in my opinion, possibly the best pasta dish I’ve enjoyed this year. I look forward to my next visit when I can have the whole plate myself!
Reasons to visit Trattoria Dacristian: simplicity of the food, generous portions, it is impossible to leave hungry. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, too, so all are welcome as part of this Italian “Famiglia”.
